- 長く培養した我が家の黒松苗木たちも、いよいよ長方鉢に植え替えられ、盆栽としてのスタートです。
駄温鉢でのびのび育ってきた木たちも、これからは小さな鉢で生きていくことになります。
かなり厳しい植え替えになりましたが、こうなるといよいよ盆栽らしくなりますね。
一般に、黒松に関しては、少し早めに長方鉢に植え替えて、自分たちがどのぐらいの鉢で生きていくかを覚えさせた方が良いとも言われます。
ここからの数十年を、今までの十年ほどで蓄えたエネルギーを小出しにして、生きていくことになります。

パッと見て使えない根と判断されているようですが、どのような理由から判断されているのでしょうか。
細かく放射状に伸びる八方根が美しいとされていますよ。
鑑賞のために小さな鉢に植え付けるので、
太くて調和を乱す根は、周りに代わりになる根がある事を確認して出来る限り処理しています。
代わりになる根を確認して、切られていたんですね。
